Your best work never leaves the job site.
You finish a patio, a fit-out, a full production run, and the only people who ever see it are the ones who were standing there. We turn up once a week and fix that.
Queensland · One visit a week · 8–13 finished posts a month · You approve everything before it goes out
Why this matters
Trade work is the most filmable thing there is. Almost nobody films it.
Every job throws off before-and-afters, process footage and a finished result. Most trade businesses either post nothing, post from a phone whenever someone remembers, or pay a generalist agency built around cafés and clothing labels.

How it runs
Three hours of your week. None of them yours.
The same rhythm every week, so it never depends on anyone remembering to post.
-
Thursday
We shoot
Two to three hours on your site or factory floor. Work in progress, the team, the finished job. You keep working and we follow.
Your time: a walk-around -
Monday
We cut and write
Footage is edited to vertical, colour-corrected, captioned and matched to licensed music. Captions written in your voice, not agency voice.
Your time: none -
Tue · Thu · Sat
You approve, it posts
The week's batch lands in one place for you to check. Nothing publishes without your yes. Then it goes out on schedule.
Your time: ten minutes
What you get
Everything after the shoot is ours.
Weekly on-site shoot
We bring the camera, the gimbal and the audio. You need nothing.
8–13 finished posts
Reels, stories and feed posts, cut for each platform's format.
Captions and sound
Written per post, licensed music, hashtags that suit trades rather than retail.
Scheduling and posting
Consistent cadence, handled. Or handed to you ready to post.
Comment replies
Drafted for you to approve, so enquiries don't sit unanswered for a week.
Monthly report
Reach, engagement, follower growth. Plain numbers, no dashboard tour.
Pricing
Flat monthly. Month to month.
No ad spend markup, no hourly billing, no lock-in contract. Scope and rate are set per business. Get in touch and we'll quote based on what you need shot and posted.
Add-ons
Two things worth quoting separately.
Retailer content pack
If stockists or retailers sell your product, we cut the same footage into packs branded for them to re-share. One shoot, re-shared across every store that carries you. It turns your social from a billboard into a distribution channel.
Quoted per jobReview drive
A short campaign to your customers, retailers and staff to fill in the reviews you've never asked for. Cheap to run, compounds over time, and it's usually the first thing a homeowner checks.
Quoted per jobTwo founding spots. Both open.
Founding clients lock their rate for six months and get first call on new platforms and formats. In exchange, we use the results as a case study.

Straight answers
The questions everyone asks.
Why is this cheaper than an agency?
Because production is automated. You're not paying for an agency's billable hours, account managers or office. The shoot is real and the review is human. The editing pipeline just isn't done by hand at $150 an hour.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for editing and first-draft captions. We shoot the footage ourselves and a human approves every post before it goes out. Nothing publishes unreviewed, and nothing gets invented about your business.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Always. We get access, not ownership. If we part ways you keep everything: accounts, content and the raw footage.
What happens if you're unavailable?
Everything lives in your accounts and a shared folder you can reach without us. There's no hostage situation built into this.
Can we cancel?
Month to month. Thirty days' notice, no exit fee, no minimum term.
Can you use trending sounds?
Partly, and it's worth being straight about this up front. Trending audio on Instagram and TikTok can only be attached inside those apps, so nothing posted through a scheduling tool can use it. We deliver with licensed music by default, and if a specific trend is worth chasing, that post gets published natively instead. It takes about ten seconds.
Do we need to be on TikTok?
Not necessarily. It's part of what we can shoot for if you want it, and most trade businesses have no account at all, which makes it the cheapest reach available to them.
About
One person, a camera, and a factory floor.
SiteReel Media is run by Carter Hammond. My background is in the home improvement industry, so I know how a job site runs, how to stay out of the way, and what actually builds trust with a homeowner deciding between three quotes.
The pitch is simple. Agencies that serve trades usually don't understand trades, and the ones that do charge like they're running a department. I turn up in person every week, shoot the real thing, and run an automated production pipeline behind it so the price reflects the actual cost of doing the work.
I take a small number of clients deliberately. At two to three hours a week each, quality drops the moment the list gets long.
